How I Do It
By deconstructing complex systems, I can pinpoint the right questions to ask that uncover the problems at hand. I use my broad experience and technical expertise to help companies scale by driving engagement, advocacy, and revenue, and making innovation practical.
What I Used to Do
I’ve spent over a decade making innovation practical through design for B2C and B2B companies alike. I’ve been able to do a lot.
Concept store designed for emerging brands at Starbucks corporate in Seattle
Market a B2B SaaS startup
Partner and lead marketing strategist at a creative agency
Brand builder of a vodka company anchored around social experiences.
Reimagined a boring air filter subscription company into a multi-product, brand-led D2C
e-commerce machine.
Rebuilt and repositioned a design agency recovering from pandemic woes.
Most recently, I left the agency world again to work for a former client as a UX Manager to build the UX practice there.
And here we are.
